As a professional shark diver, and photographer this year I have had the unique opportunity to swim with tiger sharks in the Maldives. This is an experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. Freediving with these majestic creatures is an unparalleled thrill, and I am passionate about sharing this experience with others. I work with local guides to provide a completely safe and unforgettable adventure that will leave you with memories and lasting bonds of like minded people that I hope will inspire you.
What to expect
Day 1
Arrival Day
Upon arrival to Fuvahmulah domestic airport you will be greeted by myself and the crew! From there you will be shuttled to the shop to take care of gear and prep for the weeks dives. From there you will go to the hotel, get checked in and comfortable before Dinner.
Day 6
Pelagic Day
This is an exciting day! We will spend our day out looking for other pelagic species Our goal is to find oceanic white tips, but there are a multitude of species we can find in the deep blue!
Day 2- Day 5
DIVE DIVE DIVE
Each day will start with an early morning pickup after breakfast. From there we will meet at the dive shop have our briefings and head to the boat. We will have breaks for Lunch between the dives and snacks or drinks if needed! After our dives for the day, you will be transported back to the hotel, to clean up for dinner.
Day 7
Departure day
Depending on your departure time, the crew will be sure to pick you up from the hotel with your bags for check in and departure!

ABOUT FUVAHMULAH
Freediving with Tiger sharks in Fuvahmulah is a once in a lifetime experience that you won't want to miss. What makes Fuvahmulah so unique is the ability to able to freedive with Tiger sharks and Oceanic white tips! This is one of the only places in the world where this is possible. On each dive you will also be able to enjoy the vibrant reefs of the island full of fish life and other smaller species of sharks, eels, octopus, etc. After dives, feel free to rent a bike and explore the pristine beaches, and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets.
In the Maldives sharks are protected due to their ecological and economical value, so it is important to continue to encourage divers to dive with local operations that contribute and support shark conservation and give back to the local community.
Due to the culture in the Maldives, Alcohol and bikinis are not permitted on island so be mindful and so ladies please be sure to have something to cover up with when exploring or swimming at the beach.
